Talya Mason
Recruitment Consultant
Talya Mason is a Recruitment Consultant here at Percival. With lived experience of living in several countries in Africa, namely Zimbabwe, Malawi, Tanzania, and South Africa, Talya has a great understanding of international issues and a genuine passion for global development.
Her interests also include mental health and conservation charities, having completed her MSc in Psychology, and been exposed to wildlife for many years in connection to Africa. She has strong connections to charities such as SHOUT UK after volunteering as a Crisis Counsellor as well as organisations like Born Free Foundation and Save the Rhino UK.
Talya brings forward a personable and professional approach to candidate and client relationship management throughout a process and continues to develop her recruitment skills.
