Clinical Trials Call Associate (Arabic Speaking)
Contract - Fully Remote - 12 Months
An exciting opportunity to join a global Pharmaceutical company supporting them on a significant Clinical Trial.
They are looking to assemble a bilingual team of Call Centre Associates who can support the clinical trial with queries and frequently asked questions that often occur from prescribers and delegates. In this case I am looking for someone fluent in Arabic.
You'll undergo a period of training where you will be up-skilled then ready for deployment.
This is a great opportunity for someone to work remotely from the comfort of their own home offering full-time or part-time hours with a minimum requirement of 20 hours per week. Ideally if you can do 40 hours that would be great!
Ideal Candidate:

Fluent in both English and Arabic (including reading and writing)
Comfortable around operating a computer
Strong organisation skills
Approachable and friendly as this is a 'call-service' based position

Responsibilities:

Monitor dedicated email account and phone lines for all requests from the labs
Communicate and provide all required documentation and support for ordering test kits to requesting labs
Enter the provided test kit request detail win portal
Record all stages of the test kit request communication within portal.
